Refund/cancellation policy

Manuscript Withdrawal

The corresponding author may request the withdrawal of a manuscript at any stage before publication by submitting a written request to the Editorial Office, clearly stating the manuscript ID and the reason for withdrawal.

The journal reserves the right to seek confirmation from all co-authors where necessary before processing a withdrawal request.

Article Processing Charges (APC) Refund Policy

Where an Article Processing Charge (APC) has been paid, the following policy applies:

  • Before Editorial Acceptance: If a manuscript is withdrawn before acceptance and APC payment has already been made, a refund may be issued after deducting applicable administrative and payment processing charges.

  • After Acceptance but Before Publication: If the corresponding author requests withdrawal after acceptance but before publication, the journal may retain a portion of the APC to cover editorial handling, peer review, production, and administrative costs. The remaining amount, if applicable, will be refunded after processing.

  • After Publication: Once an article has been published online, no refund of the APC will be provided under any circumstances.

Retractions and Ethical Violations

If an article is retracted due to confirmed research misconduct, plagiarism, duplicate publication, data fabrication, authorship disputes, or any other breach of the journal's ethical policies, no refund of the APC will be made.

Similarly, if authors voluntarily request retraction of a published article for reasons unrelated to editorial or publishing errors, APCs are non-refundable.

Journal Responsibilities

The journal is responsible for providing a professional editorial process, peer review, production, and publication of accepted manuscripts on the official journal website.

Authors are responsible for reviewing the journal's aims, scope, policies, publication model, licensing, and indexing information before submitting their manuscript.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed using the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
